The American Red Cross doesn’t just hold blood drives
and provide disaster relief—it does the boring stuff, which can be the most important.

The organization works tirelessly to ensure that people have the basics they need after their lives have been disrupted by
disasters, fires, or other hardships. The Red Cross helps make things “normal” again — and sometimes “normal” is extraordinary.

My creative team wanted to highlight the importance of this service with a collection of “mundane” stories and poems
celebrating everyday things most of us take for granted.

Below was my contribution, part of book published and sold to drive donations to ARC.
